The hotel was a lovely surprise, far surpassing our expectations. The rooms were gorgeous, overlooking the garden with seating areas and a fountain, spotless, fabulously decorated, and huge. The service was exceptional, with staff being very attentive, polite, friendly, and helpful. The location was nestled between Beaulieu village and Beaulieu River, making it perfect for our visit. The dining experience was top-notch, with delicious offerings, though some aspects could be improved. Overall, there was not a single thing that could have made our stay better.

The rooms were gorgeous, spotless, fabulously decorated, and huge, but the room was a bit too warm due to a 'boiling' towel rail that couldn't be turned off.
